+ Q: How do I create an account?

A: To create an account, click on the Register button on the homepage and input your email in lowercase letters, an email will be sent, open your inbox or spam folder and click on the link provided in the email after which you will be taken to registration page to fill out the registration form with your details. Once submitted, your account will be created.


+ Q: How do I login my account?

A: To login your account, click on the Login button on the homepage and input your Username and your Password and mark the captcha box to verify your request and submit, your account will be logged in.


+ Q: How can I check the current exchange rate?

To check the current exchange rate, click on Current Exchange Rate button on the homepage.


+ Q: How can I reset my password?

A: To reset your password, kindly login, select User Panel on the homepage at the top, then select Change Password and follow the prompt.


+ Q: How do I place a deposit?

A: To make a deposit, first you need to make payment into any of the specified account on the website, after the payment is sent successfully then login to our website and select deposit, input your payment details and submit, Admins will then attend to your transactions.


+ Q: How do I place a withdrawal?

A: To make a withdrawal, first you need to withdraw the amount of USD you wish to withdraw from your Deriv account to our Payment Agent Account SheffyExchange or our CRxxxxxx CR2085815, after the withdrawal is completed successfully then login to our website and select withdrawal, input your payment details and submit, Admins will then attend to your transactions.


+ Q: Why is my Order PENDING?

A: Transactions are processed on a first-in-first-out basis. A ‘PENDING’ status means your Transaction is queued and awaiting processing. This basically takes just a few minutes to be completed. Kindly be patient. If your withdrawal is taking longer than usual, please contact support team.


+ Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Currently we accept Local Bank Transfers and Bank Deposits only. Checks, Cash, Atm, Pos, Western Union etc are currently not allowed. With the exception of Chipper Cash and Eversend.


+ Q: How long does transaction take?

A: Transaction is usually instant or immediately payments or withdrawal is received, at most its less than 5mins


+ Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We do offer refund if you made payments or withdraw into our deriv account, kindly understand that Local Bank transfer refunds attract N100 naira charges and deriv withdrawal refund attract 2% charge of the total USD Amount..


+ Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

A: No! You can not cancel a transaction from your end after it has been placed, but you can edit a transaction while its pending.


+ Q: Do you offer transactions to other countries?

A: YES! We offer transactions locally in Nigeria and four(4) other international countries, like Kenya, Rwanda, Cameroon and South Africa. This will be updated as soon as we extend payments to other countries.


+ Q: Is the payment system automated?

A: Kindly understand that the transactions are not automated... You have to check rate and calculate the amount in Naira then send equivalent value in Naira to the account provided on the website. After which admin will receive the order and confirm your payment and credit you accordingly..
